Everyone was friendly from the check-in desk, to the technicians from the hallway, and even in the room with the doctor. The office is really nice and held a good environment. Dr. Mercer was very welcoming, and gave me good detail on my condition with practical treatment. She kept my financial matter in mind when suggesting treatment which made me feel secure to continue treatment. By having my insurance company to make sure everything lines up with coverage, I feel very confident returning to the practice.

There is a reason why there is sometimes a long wait for an appointment with Dr. Brown. Not only is she personable, thorough, knowledgeable and professional, but she is kind. Her bedside manner cannot be beat! You feel as if you’re her only patient! Her Assistant, Eboni is absolutely amazing as well! She makes sure you’re taken care of in classic Dr. Brown style! As I stated before, you may have to wait a little while for an appointment, but trust me, it’s worth the wait!!’

I love seeing Dr. Brown. She's always so kind, compassionate & very professional. Her "bedside manner" is top notch! The practice is very nice as are the entire staff I've encountered over the years I've been a patient of Dr. Brown. I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Brown.

I have been seeing Dr. Jessica Mercer for three months now. For treatment on my severe hair lost. The level of professionalism and care that is shown by all who works at the office is very warming. The process and treatments have started working. I am understanding more and more of what was Happ to my hair. This is not my first time I have sought treatment for my hair loss. But this is the first time I ever felt hopeful. I only wished I had found Dr. Mercer sooner.

Our experiences with Courtney Davis has always been remarkable for our family. When our son needed to be seen, she eased his nerves and made him feel comfortable. She took her time explaining things to him and us then gave us time to ask questions. While seeing Courtney you will see she is very knowledgeable and you will be given her undivided attention!
